A lean* app, which prompts you to reflect about your progress of forming a new habit. You are asked to rate your own Improvement. A smart algorithm learns from your ratings, determines when you should review your progress again and sends you a push notification once time to reflect comes. The time interval between the ratings grows with your Improvements and shortens when daily life gets in the way. Expect that to happen, it happens to all of us. Along the multi-week journey of forming a new habit, you receive suggestions to set yourself up for success whenever you submit a rating.
The goal is that you can create a new habit, which you will carry out automatically after the initial phase of training with this app. Depending on your habit goal, expect weeks to months for it to form. You will initially spend some time with the app but over time less and less, until you realize yourself that you act according to the habit without even needing the prompt to reflect about your progress. That’s the point! If you want, you could then tackle another habit goal.

Functionalities:
- create an account with an existing email address and password (an account is needed to enable the smart algorithm, which determines your specific ideal time in the future to send you the next prompt to reflect on your progress)
- formulate your goal that will be displayed on the home screen
- submit your satisfaction with your progress (2 clicks only)
- receive push notifications that prompt you to reflect and rate your progress
